Meet the Founder

Aleta Montague Founder, Path2Promise, LLC

Path2Promise was born from a need Aleta Montague experienced while planning her daughter’s wedding. Along the way, she met talented wedding professionals, built lasting relationships, and discovered that couples often need support that traditional wedding platforms do not provide. She recognized that the journey from engagement to the life beyond “I do” includes more than planning a single event.

After more than 35 years in customer service, Aleta brought her passion for helping others to the wedding industry. Her professional experience also includes project management, contract oversight, attention to detail, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Those skills now guide how she develops Path2Promise and builds relationships with the professionals who represent its services.

Through Path2Promise, Aleta connects Georgia couples with trusted professionals who support meaningful ceremonies, strong marriages, wedding-ready wellness, and the path toward homeownership. Her vision is to continue identifying the needs couples encounter and thoughtfully expanding the support available along their journey.

Chiquita believes a meaningful ceremony is more than an exchange of words. It sets the stage for the marriage ahead while creating a warm, heartfelt, and memorable experience. She works to ensure that each ceremony reflects the couple’s relationship, values, and unique story.

Happily married for more than 40 years, Chiquita brings both personal and practical experience to her work. She and her husband have coached and mentored couples for many years, helping marriages flourish through love, respect, communication, and shared growth. Her experience also includes serving as a board member for a charitable organization focused on women’s issues, working as a certified child wellness counselor, and spending many years in the healthcare industry.
